Tenant management

Browse Each Client's Microsoft 365 and Azure

Users, devices, policies, mailboxes, groups, sites, teams and Azure resources, each in a list you can filter, export and change, 1 tenant at a time.

What you get

Filter any list

Type in the list's Filter box, or press Ctrl+F. Show only the kinds of item you want, and choose the columns each list keeps.

Details beside the list

Select an item to see its details. For a user, that's their groups, directory roles, manager and devices.

Export and copy

Save the rows showing, with every column, as an Excel workbook or a CSV file, or copy rows, values and columns.

Data that says its age

A page keeps what it read until you refresh it. Its header says when, and turns amber once the data is out of date.

How it works

Pick a tenant, then a page

  1. Choose the tenant

Every page works with the tenant you select.

  2. Open a page

Refresh it, and the list loads with the time it was read.

  3. Filter, export or change

Select items, then a change, or export the rows.

A page for each kind of object

Choose the tenant, then the page. It connects to the tenant if it needs to.

PageShows
UsersAll users, with each user's groups, directory roles, manager, devices and licences
DevicesA row for each device, combining Entra ID, Intune and Defender for Endpoint
AutopilotWindows Autopilot devices, deployment profiles, enrolment status pages and deployments
PoliciesIntune and Entra ID configuration, such as configuration profiles, Conditional Access policies and named locations, with the raw JSON
MailboxesAll mailboxes, with their type, forwarding, archive and litigation hold
GroupsAll types of group, with their members
OrganisationTenant-wide settings, each with its current value, the recommended value and whether it needs attention
SitesSharePoint sites and OneDrive accounts
TeamsTeams, or Teams users
AzureAzure subscriptions, resource groups and resources

Devices, Autopilot, Policies, Sites, Teams and Azure need the tenant to sign in with a certificate, which adding the tenant sets up.

Read once, kept fresh

Pages read the tenant when you ask, and as you set them to.

  • Refresh a page with F5, or every page that has data at once. Pages can also refresh after a change, or on a timer, for the tenants you choose. A refresh on its own never signs in.
  • What most pages read can be kept on your computer between sessions, encrypted for your Windows account, for 7 days by default.
  • If part of a page can't be read, the page shows the reason instead of an empty value.
  • The groups and sites every tenant comes with stay out of the lists unless you choose to show them. Reports and workflows always include them.
  • The Progress pane shows each task step by step, with the steps completed, completed with warnings and failed, and the time taken.
